Shipping policy

All orders ship from Nanoose Bay, British Columbia, Canada.

In-stock items: processed within 1–2 business days. Canada: tracked shipping, 5–10 business days; free on orders over $150 CAD. USA: calculated at checkout, typically 7–14 business days.

Pre-orders: each pre-order product page states its estimated ship window. Your payment is taken when you place the order. If a pre-order is delayed more than 14 days past its stated window, you may cancel for a full refund.
