Returns Policy

We want you to love your hammock. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused and in original condition. Customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty or not as described. To start a return, reply to your order confirmation email.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving your return.
